Tri Tip Rub
My first seasoning blend that started it all. Through various experimentation and cooking with different meats, I determined this to be best on a Tri-Tip roast, although it works great with most beef and pork.
A little bit of heat but not too hot.
No sugar and no fillers in this, just good spices and salt. Some clumping may occur due to the lack of junk fillers and anti-caking compounds, just shake it up well before each use and you are all set.
